Retention periods

Server log information: we retain information on our server logs for a maximum of one year.

Correspondence and enquiries: when you make an enquiry or correspond with us for any reason, whether by email or  by phone, we will retain your information indefinitely.

E-Newsletter: we retain the information you used to sign up for our e-newsletter for as long as you remain subscribed (i.e. you do not unsubscribe) or if we decide to cancel our e-newsletter service, whichever comes earlier.

At this time, we do not respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals. In addition, we use other technology that is standard to the internet, such as pixel tags, web beacons, and other similar technologies, to track visitors to the website.
